Selby medical manufacturers bought by Dutch investment firm
The firm has enjoyed strong growth since it was founded in 2008 with turnover reportedly approaching 20m, split between GBUK Enteral and GBUK Healthcare. The group employs 70 people and supplies a wide range of enteral and critical care products to the NHS, with sales to all 657 acute care trusts in the UK.
H2 believes the product range will allow the business to ""continue to grow strongly and gain further market share in the coming years"".
Founder Guy Mills and managing director Mark Thompson are on the board of the new company, alongside finance director Bob Wetherill, sales directors Jeremy Wilkinson and Peter Spiller, non-executive John Adcock, and Richard Dew from H2.
Medical manufacturing group GBUK, based in Selby, has been bought by Dutch investment firm H2 Equity Partners for an undisclosed sum.
