Harrogate deal paves the way for 350 new homes
The housing provider will use the land, on the north east outskirts of the spa town off Skipton Road, to build family homes, predominantly for private sale.

The land already has already been granted outline planning permission for 345 homes ranging from two-bedroom to five-bedroom properties.CEG secured the outline planning permission and has worked closely with Harrogate Borough Council to masterplan the scheme.
David Hodgson, CEG's regional head of strategic development for the North, said: ""We specialise in placemaking and we masterplan our schemes to enable the creation of vibrant new communities. We look forward to seeing Home Group deliver the Skipton Road development.""
A 46-acre site on the outskirts of Harrogate has been purchased by Home Group, enabling the development of almost 350 houses.
