Gregory to deliver new homes in Pudsey

Gregory recently acquired the site off Intake Road with a view to development after it became vacant following many years in commercial use. It was previously occupied by the respected Wood-Mitchell Building Group.

Gregory has started construction this week to build two-bedroom town houses for first time buyers together with on-site parking. It hopes to complete the project by Spring 2017.

Andrew Foggitt, Commercial Director at Gregory Property Group said, �We are pleased to be able to progress this particular scheme which is situated in a popular residential location in the heart of Pudsey. A lot of the immediate area has been transformed to provide much needed housing, and in line with current government guidance, we are converting this former manufacturing site into residential use to enable first time buyers to get onto the housing ladder.�
