Fusion Insurance Expands in Leeds city centre

The five-year lease, advised by Knight Frank, will see Fusion Insurance expand from 3,499 sq. ft. occupancy to the entire 5,576 sq. ft. 10th floor of the building, situated at the western gateway of the city.

Matthew Wright, Surveyor at Bruntwood in Leeds, commented on the expansion: �We are delighted that Fusion Insurance have decided to expand within West One. Having been a customer in the building for 10 years and expanding on a number of occasions, this is a further endorsement of our offer at West One.�

Fusion Insurance Regional Director, Jon Hipkin said: �Our investment in the office demonstrates the strategic importance of the North East in the UK insurance market. The new office allows for future expansion as well as giving the staff a more practical and pleasant working environment.
