Expansion for manufacturing company
Spectrum Park incorporates four industrial units and is also home to Land Rover dealership Farnell's sales and service centres. The manufacturing company planning to expand its operations after letting 16,500 sq ft at the site.

Leeds-based manufacturing company Union Industries, which makes high speed industrial doors and hazard protection and heat retention systems, has signed a ten-year lease on a newly refurbished industrial space at Spectrum Park.
