Turleys has taken 2,450 sq ft of space on the third floor, which comes after deals were reached with Excello Law and Gardiner & Theobald complementing a line-up of existing occupiers including Liberty Mutual Insurance, RMI, Directorbank, Costa Coffee and La Bottega Milanese.

Wilton Developments delivered a multi-million pound refurbishment at 2 Bond Court which is located on the redeveloped Bond Court square, the only pedestrianised plaza in the city�s Central Business District.

The square is overlooked by the proposed �12m 4-star Dakota boutique hotel, founded by Malmaison creator Ken McCulloch.
