Turleys has taken 2,450 sq ft of space on the third floor, which comes after deals were reached with Excello Law and Gardiner & Theobald complementing a line-up of existing occupiers including Liberty Mutual Insurance, RMI, Directorbank, Costa Coffee and La Bottega Milanese.

Wilton Developments delivered a multi-million pound refurbishment at 2 Bond Court which is located on the redeveloped Bond Court square, the only pedestrianised plaza in the citys Central Business District.

The square is overlooked by the proposed 12m 4-star Dakota boutique hotel, founded by Malmaison creator Ken McCulloch.

Jason Stowe from Wilton Developments said: ""The quality of the refurbishment of 2 Bond Court, and the prime position of the building on Bond Court Square has ensured a high level of demand for this premium space.

""The office market in Leeds is witnessing unprecedented levels of demand and our success at Bond Court is a reflection of this positive market sentiment. We now only have one 2,000 sq ft office suite available in our city centre portfolio at 10 South Parade which offers a prominent office, leisure or retail opportunity.""
