Fusion Insurance Expands in Leeds city centre
The five-year lease, advised by Knight Frank, will see Fusion Insurance expand from 3,499 sq. ft. occupancy to the entire 5,576 sq. ft. 10th floor of the building, situated at the western gateway of the city.
Matthew Wright, Surveyor at Bruntwood in Leeds, commented on the expansion: �We are delighted that Fusion Insurance have decided to expand within West One.
